Samuel "Sammy" K. Bostick, age 55, of Canton, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at his residence. He was a carpenter and was of Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his son, Robbie Bostick. Survivors include his parents, Marshall & Delphine Bostick, Canton; son, Kenneth Bostick, Jr., Canton; daughter & son-in-law, Diannia & Donald Maddox, Acworth; brothers & sisters-in-law, Raymond & Jan Bostick, Woodstock, Tommy & Kathy Bostick, Jasper, Wayne & Mary Bostick, Canton; sisters & brother-in-law, Marie Pearson, Cumming, Joyce & Johnny Shelton, Canton; grandchildren, Allen Bennett and Victoria Bennett, Adairsville, Oran Maddox, Acworth; special friend, Nancy Rhodes. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2009, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Trammel Rhodes officiating. Interment will follow in Rolling Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and until the funeral hour on Saturday.
