We have known Sam for 30+ years when our son rented one of the first TLC apartments on Cherry St. He even occasioned to be an overnight guest in our home in Mississippi years ago and graciously bought our dinner! We have known nothing but generous consideration and attention to several personal events and needs in our family for the three decades of friendship in Springfield.
