Samuel Lormand Obituary

Samuel Lormand, beloved husband and stepfather passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022, in Hinesville, GA. He was 38 years old. Samuel was born in Miami, FL on December 6, 1983 to Anne Marie Olivert and Annorius Lormand.

At an early age he saw his mother's struggles and dedication to God and he followed suit with a commitment to support his family. He would help anyone in need and not expect anything in return. Right after Highschool he joined the Army. Samuel spent 3 ½ years in the Army as a Bradly Fighting Vehicle Mechanic. He was honorably discharged in 2007 for injuries he endured during his time at war. He was a born leader and enjoyed fighting for our freedom. He deployed twice as a civilian. He received his Associate degree and was certified as an A/C Tech and Welder.

He is survived by his wife, Sakia Aragonnes- Lormand; stepsons; Brandon Jordan and Jeremiah Smith; sisters; Germaine, Rachelle, Daphne and Geanne. He was always there for his family and looked for ways to make things better. His memory and smile will live on forever.
