Sam will truly be missed and loved alway. I meet Sam 1997 when we first moved there. My Son and Sam have been friends for many years thru thick and thin. They had their ups and downs but always friends. Im hornard Sam called me Mama. Prayers for all may God wrap his arms around each of you. Love you Sam

I left Arkansas in 2000 and although I lost contact with most of my childhood friends I kept them in my heart and thought of them regularly! Sam however is probably the person I would think about the most! When I first moved to Arkansas Sam was one of the first kids to put his arm around me And call me his friend! He taught me how to snipe hunt, shoot a shotgun straight into the sky, amongst other things i won't share and today he's taught me just how short life can be. You will always be I my thoughts Sam Maness and my heart

I worked with Sam and he was a major contributor to the freezer renovation project we worked on. He will be missed on the next job. I'm sorry for your loss. RIP

We did not know Sam, but we regret the sorrow you feel - we grieved the lost a son because of a motorcycle accident who was a few years younger than your son. We can tell you that as time passes you will be able to remember more of the good times and dwell less on your loss. We found that each person grieves in a different way and at different times, so we encourage each of you to allow for those differences in your families.
We are of the Christian faith and as we dealt with our pain we came to understand that God is still sovereign. May you find comfort as you walk through this valley of the shadow of death and may friends share their good memories of Sam with you.

Brooke: John and I are so sorry about this loss. I love Sam's photo, I know we would have liked him, so much personality in his face. I am sure you all are devastated at losing him and thankfully have many good memories to sustain you, and by which to celebrate Sam's life and your relationship with him. What you wrote on Facebook certainly pointed to a very close and loving relationship. Please give Sam;s family our condolences. I did not know what to check for `relationship' as I did not have the pleasure of meeting Sam, but as we are cousins, I ckd `family'. Much love to all of you.

The last I remember Sam he was back in 96-99 I knew him as the little cut red head kid. He was a good kid. He will be missed dearly
