Samuel Minnifee Jr., born on September 16, 1978, in Dallas, Texas, passed away on November 9, 2024, in his beloved hometown. A dedicated truck driver, Samuel was known not only for his hard work but also for his vibrant personality that brought joy to those around him.
Samuel was a loving father, a devoted son and loving brother embodying the values of family and community. He will be remembered fond as a joyful and funny individual who had a knack for connecting with people. His warm spirit and kindness left an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Outside of his professional life, Samuel had a wide array of interests that showcased his diverse passions. He took great delight in working on cars and building model airplanes, activities that allowed his creativity to flourish. A fervent sports enthusiast, he was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Mavericks, often passionately supporting his teams during games. His love for bowling was another avenue where he found joy and camaraderie among friends.
Samuel's proudest accomplishments revolved around his beloved family. He cherished the time spent with his children and held a profound commitment to nurturing those relationships. His legacy of love and devotion will remain a source of inspiration to everyone who knew him.
The community is invited to pay their respects and celebrate Samuel's life through a wake service scheduled for November 15, 2024, at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, starting at 7:15 PM. Following the prayer service, a wake service will be held on November 16, 2024, at LaDale B.C., beginning at 1:00 PM.
Samuel Minnifee Jr. will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for his joyful spirit, love of family, and the many lives he touched during his time with us.
