Samuel Patton, II Obituary
Samuel Garland “Bo” Patton, II passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Mission Memorial Hospital in Asheville.
Bo was born in McDowell County, NC on January 25, 1954, to the late Samuel Garland Patton, Sr. and Ruby Mae Sumlin Patton. He was married to Rita Chadwell Patton. Bo was a classic car enthusiast and a hard worker who never met a stranger. He was also very passionate about music. Most of all, Bo was a loving husband, father, and a dedicated family man who will be missed greatly.
In addition to his parents, Bo was preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Arrowood and Julia Patton.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Rita Patton; two sons, Alan Garrett Patton (Kayla) and Kelly Logan (Kat); a daughter, Bridget Logan; and three grandchildren, Jacob Patton, Kaleb Logan, and Karson Logan.
A private family memorial service will be held.
