Samuel Ellis Steele

Samuel Ellis Steele was born on July 14, 1996, in St. Francois County, Missouri, to Henry Frazier Steele, III, and Carol Ann Phillips Steele.

Sam was a devoted father who loved his family deeply and a cherished friend to all who knew him. He was intelligent and deeply emotional, someone who felt things profoundly and truly cared about the people in his life. He had a joyful spirit, always eager to make others laugh and bring happiness to those around him.

With a strong competitive nature, whether at work, playing games, or in everyday life, Sam always gave his best and pushed himself to excel. He was hardworking and maintained a positive outlook, even when faced with life's challenges. Through it all, he persevered and gave generously to those he loved. Sam will always be remembered as a loving parent and loyal friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Frazier Steele, III, and Carol Ann Phillips Steele, as well as his brother, Henry Frazier Steele IV.

Sam is survived by his significant other, Andrea Martinez; his children, Olivia Steele and Mateo Steele; his sister-in-law, Sarah Steele; and his nephew, Henry Frazier Steele V.
