Yesterday
I met Sam in 1969, where he gave me my first taste of real work while rodbusting on the C&S Bank tower on the corner of Laurel and Assembly . Tying rebar for $2.86 an hour (which was $1.00 more per hour than my previous job) . Fast forward to now some 50+ years later, we reconnected when he was remodeling a house beside our present home and the rest is history. I`m proud to say "I knew Sam Sweat".
