Samuel Eduardo Vargas, beloved husband, father, family man, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on December 14, 2025, at the age of 72.
Born December 29, 1952, Samuel lived a life defined by resilience, quiet strength, and deep love for his family. He was a man who showed up, worked hard, and carried himself with dignity through both joy and hardship. Well known throughout the Bishop area, Samuel built lasting relationships and earned respect of many through his character, reliability, and presence in the community.
A true jack of all trades, Samuel was known for his ability to fix, build, and figure things out. He took pride in working with his hands and helping others whenever he could, never hesitating to lend his skills or time. His resourcefulness and work ethic were qualities admired by all who knew him.
Samuel valued family above all else, and his legacy lives on through the people he loved and shaped. Whether through advice given, lessons taught by example, or moments simply shared together, his influence will be felt for generations.
Samuel is survived by his wife, Susie Vargas, along with his 5 children, 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, sisters, brother and extended family, who will carry his memory forward with love, gratitude, and respect. He was preceded in death by loved ones who welcomed him home.
A life well lived does not end- it continues in the stories told, the values passed on, and the love that remains.
Samuel Eduardo Vargas will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
