Sandra Kay Bone

Sandra Kay Bone, age 55, passed away on March 1, 2022, in Ardmore, Okla. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, March 7, 2022 in The Chapel at Griffin~Hillcrest with interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Sandra was born on July 13, 1966, to Cass Winston Downey and Lois Jean (Doyal) Downey, in Duncan, Okla. She attended and graduated from Ardmore High School. After graduation, she started working at Modern Loan and left for a short time to work at Winn Dixie and then returned to Modern Loan where she has worked since for 35 years. In her youth, she loved going to rock and roll concerts and going roller-skating whenever she could. She married Michael Dewayne Bone on June 3, 2001, in Leon, Okla. She was devoted to her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and infant brother, Ronny Allen Doyal.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Michael Dewayne Bone, son, Jerry Scott Sanderson, three daughters, Shelby Jean Pouge, Taylor Page Boyd, and Kimberly Michelle Boyd, six grandchildren, four brothers, Billy Downey and wife, Bobbie Joe, Benny Earl Downey, Jackie Louis Downey and wife, Sonia, Cass Downy Jr. and wife Dee., one sister, Rhonda Jean Downey and her best friend, Vicki Drain.
Those serving as pallbearers will be her four brothers; Billy Downey, Benny Earl Downey, Jackie Louis Downey, Cass Downy Jr., Bobby Joe Patton, and Terry Conley.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Griffin ~ Hillcrest Funeral Home.
