Sandra Carter Obituary
Mrs. Carter died on December 27, 2025, at her residence. She was born on August 11, 1949, to Percy E. Wilson and Mable Daniel Wilson. Sandra worked as an accountant prior her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard "Dick" Carter; a grandson, Carter Gallet; a brother and sister-in-law, Donald Wilson and Vera; and a sister, Jane Wilson.
Survivors include:
Two Daughters- Lysa Carter and Brandi Newman (Jeff)
Son - Clay Carter (Starr)
Three Granddaughters - Breanna Wiggonton (Max), Alysa "Roo" Newman and Richlyn "Roo" Carter
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Children's Hospital of Alabama, 1600 7th Ave. S, Birmingham, AL. 35233.
