Sandra was born on March 4, 1942 and passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. Funeral services will be held 7:30 P.M. Friday, September 27, 2019 at the Rural Retreat Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Roger Crigger and Rusty Crigger officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. prior to the service. A graveside committal service will follow 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the Rosewood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
