Ms. Dover was born on October 17, 1943 and passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016. Ms. Dover was a resident of Blairsville, Georgia at the time of passing. He was a veteran and served her country as a member of the United States Navy. Many other relatives and friends also survive. A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate the life of Sandra. In. In lieu of flowers the family request donations may be made to the Red Cloud Indian Reservation in South Dakota in memory of Sandra.
