Sandra Jean Ellison-Kowalczyk

Sandra Jean Ellison-Kowalczyk, age 66, passed away peacefully at home on February 9, 2026, in Knoxville, Tennessee, with her devoted husband by her side.

Sandra was born on May 4, 1959, in Nyack, New York. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend whose family meant everything to her.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Joseph Kowalczyk; her children, Joseph Kowalczyk Jr., Jillian Kowalczyk, and Clarissa Timbrouck and wife Lynsey Timbrouck; her two beloved grandchildren, Parker Philip and Charlotte Clara, whom she absolutely adored; and her mother, Clara Kowalczyk.

Sandra graduated from Ramapo Senior High School in 1977. She loved being outdoors, canoeing, going for drives, and spending time with her family. Though she had many achievements throughout her life, she was most proud of her children. She was the most devoted, caring, and loving mother.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026 at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. The family will also receive friends from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday and then proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside services.

Sandra's love, warmth, and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
