Sandra Lee "Sandy" Engle

Sandra "Sandy" Lee Engle, born March 18, 1950, in Pontiac, Michigan, to George and Lillian Dear, passed away at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was a resident of Oscoda, Michigan.

Sandra grew up in Waterford, Michigan, and later spent many treasured years at the family cabin in Houghton Lake. She lived in Highland, Michigan, before eventually settling in Oscoda, which she proudly called home.

She enjoyed fishing, cooking, spending time at the cabin, using her online gambling apps, and, most of all, being with her family and friends. She especially cherished time spent with her dear friends Ann, Davina, Alanda, and Aimee. During the summer months, Sandra loved hosting gatherings at the cabin, where she would catch and cook the fish everyone brought in.

Sandra is survived by her husband, James "Jack" Engle. She was a loving and devoted mother to her three children: Tammy (Bob) Bingham, Toni Engle (Jamie Barnes), and Angie Engle (Brittany Bucknam).

She was a proud grandmother to Joseph; Robert (Lexi) and Matthew (Hannah) Bingham; Jackson; Nathan; Nicholas (Lorgia); Anna; Skylar; Nicole; Braeden; and Jaxxon, and a cherished great-grandmother to Alice, Olivia, Arian, Orion, Ty, Valentina, and Wrenley.

Sandra is also survived by her siblings, Georgia Zion and Joseph Dear.

Sandy was generous with everything she had and was always willing to help others. Known for her funny personality and great sense of humor, she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
