Sandra A. "Sandy" Erb

Sandra A. "Sandy" Erb, age 77, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loving friends. She was born in Erie on September 20, 1944, a daughter of the late Marvin C. Erb and Shirley C. (Crotty) Erb Stolinski.
Sandy was a dedicated registered nurse at St. Vincent Hospital for over 35 years retiring in 2000. She enjoyed going out to lunch with her nurses' group. She loved to travel and enjoyed watching the Chicago Cubs. Most of all she loved playing with her dog Shayla.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald M. Erb. Survivors include a brother, Russell T. Erb (Carolyn); a sister-in-law, Divina Erb; nieces and nephews, Brittany Martin (Dan), Christina Zukowski (Ed), Brenden Erb and Michel Erb (Linda); great nieces and nephews, Ally and Madison Zukowski, Nicholas, Samantha, Jonathan and Benjamin Erb, Kinley and Kennedy Martin; dear friends Patricia Lee and Mary Guy with whom she resided.
Friends are invited to call at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th St., on Friday from 11a.m. until the time of a service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
The family and friends of Sandy want to sincerely thank all of the staff of the LECOM Visiting Nurses. They provided help, comfort, and nursing skills, and were readily available when we needed them. Thank you for your loving care.
