Sandra J. FosterFebruary 24, 1941 - June 3, 2018Sandra (Sandie) J. Foster, age 77 of Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018. She was born in Greenup, Kentucky to Madge T. (Kitchen) Marcum, who preceded her in death. A graduate of Van Buren High School, Brazil, Indiana, Sandie owned Sandie's Candies, in Metamora Indiana. In retirement, Sandie continued to make treats for loved ones and friends.She is survived by her daughter Shelly (Dave) Clark; grandchildren: Amy and Josh; siblings: Roger (Charlotte) Marcum, Doris Murray, Charles (Teresa) Marcum, and Russell (Diane) Marcum; and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother George Arthur (Arkie) Marcum.A memorial service will be held on June 24th at 1:00 pm at the Andersonville Community Center, 27144 US HWY 52, in the Rushville/Laurel area of Indiana, 46172.
