Sandra Lee Hilsinger passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Sioux City, IA, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on February 13, 1949, Sandra was the daughter of Harry and Ida Mae (Hogan) Frazee. She spent her formative years in North Sioux City, where she also attended college at W.I.T., earning her associate's degree. Throughout her career, she began at Means Laundry and later dedicated several years to customer service at Gateway Computers.

Sandy was a sweet and loving person whose warmth touched everyone she met. She was especially proud of her role as a grandmother and took great joy in cooking for her grandchildren. She was dedicated to her family, having taken pride in helping raise her granddaughter and nurture her great grandchildren.

Apart from her family life, Sandy had a vibrant social side. She loved spending time with her best friends over coffee at Northport and cherished moments with her sisters. Sandy and her husband Bill were known for their hospitality, especially during their joyful 4th of July celebrations, which created lasting memories for family and friends alike. Sandy had a special fondness for her pets, Buddy the dog and Keke the cat, both of whom brought her immense joy.

She is survived by her granddaughter: Amanda (Daryl) Sessions; great-grandchildren Tyler (Paige) Clay, Callie (Sam) O'Hern, Andrew "Joe" Clay, Anabelle Clay, and Abigail Sessions; siblings: Teresa (Dave) Speichinger, Harry Frazee, and Gail Banks. Sandy now joins her parents, Harry and Ida Frazee, her devoted husband William "Bill" Hilsinger, daughter Jackie Quinn, siblings Nancy (Gale) Habinck, Danny (Pat) Frazee, and her twin brothers Keith and Terry Frazee in eternal rest.

Sandy's gentle spirit, kindness, and commitment to her family will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, reminding them of a truly remarkable woman who brought light and love into their lives.

Abiding by her wishes, cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
