Sandra Nicole, daughter to James L. Allen and Viola Earthman Dickerson, began her earthly journey on Thursday, December 30, 1971 in Clarksville, Tennessee.. Her parents, stepfather, George E. Dickerson and brother, George R. Dickerson preceded her in death.
She devoted her life to Christ as a young child and was a loyal member of Christ the Healer Church where she previously served in the choir.
Sandra was educated in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and was a graduate of Clarksville High School with the Class of 2015. She enjoyed employment with Martinrea as a “Quality Inspector”. She later attended Daymar College and obtained certification as a “Medical Assistant”. She served as a Home Health Care Provider for over 25 years.
She united in holy matrimony with Richard D. Jones, Jr.
Sandra loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed singing, cooking, traveling and caring for others. All who knew and loved her will sorely miss her presence and beautiful smile.
On Thursday, July 10, 2025, Sandra’s earthly journey ended peacefully surrounded by loved ones..
She leaves to cherish precious memories her sons: Robert Vance, Jr., Richard D. Jones, III and Gabriel J. Jones, all of Hopkinsville, KY; granddaughter, Amelia Darnessa Jones; sisters: Barbara G. Dickerson, Hopkinsville, KY, Jennifer Fields, Tucson, AZ and Josie (Jimmy) Starks, Kokomo, IN; brothers: Andre’ (Audra) Allen, Brentwood, TN, Grady L. Dickerson, Kokomo, IN, James A. Allen and Michael E. (Carol) Allen, both of Clarksville, TN; aunts: “Aunt Laura”, “Aunt Bebe” and “Aunt Kat” and a host of nieces, great nieces, great-great nieces and nephews, cousins; adopted by love, sisters, nieces and bonus sons and daughters, “Momma Nikki” and friends
