Sandra Kaye Asher Hampton

Sandra Kaye Asher Hampton, 58, passed away in Nashville, TN. She was born on May 1, 1966, a daughter of Lora Asher Slusher and the late Rufus Asher and stepfather, Rufus Slusher. Sandra was a believer in the Holiness Faith at Crockett Pentecostal Church. She was full of life and never met a stranger. She loved to laugh and brought joy to all who knew her. She was a cheerful giver and gave from her heart. She was deeply loved and will be missed by many.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Vogal Asher; sister, Brenda Collett and nephew, Richard Daniel Asher.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Jeffery Hampton; daughter, Constance Parton; grandchildren, Mackenzie Saylor, Bryson Williamson and Jayden Parton; mother, Lora Asher Slusher; sisters, Serena Caldwell (Tony), Karen Napier (Jerry), Teresa Robbins (John, Wanda Jackson (Carson), Sharon Whitehead (Daryl) and Carol Buckle (Bill); brothers, Tony Asher (Ruthann), Malcolm Asher (Sharon), Herman Asher (Twila), Richard Asher (Sharon) and Daryl Smith (Cheryl) and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Services will be on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Crockett - Saylor Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Herman Asher, Rev. Ronnie Hoskins, Rev. Demus Couch, Rev. Donald Wilson and Rev. Richard Asher. The Music will be by the church family. Burial will follow in Katie's Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Anthony Caldwell, Blake Caldwell, John Houston Robbins, Marty Jackson, Michael Lawson, John Wiley Robbins, and Tony Caldwell. Honorary pallbearers will be Allen Asher, Travis Asher, Chuck Jackson and Benjamin Watson.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Crockett -Saylor Pentecostal Holiness Church beginning at 5:00 PM until the funeral hour on Sunday.
