Dear George and family, I am so dismayed on learning of Sandy's passing from Jorge tonight. We only met in person once but from that visit and our e-mail correspondence I found her to be such a warm, caring and wise person. I learned so much from her and so enjoyed working with her on Jorge's immigration status. The world has lost a shining star. My deepest sympathy,
