Sandra K. Laird

Sandra K. Laird, 77, of Avis passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Geisinger, Jersey Shore Hospital.
Born April 9, 1948 in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late Vincent L. Sementilli and Edith (Heverly) Rine.
Sandy was a graduate of Lock Haven High School.
She was employed as an X-Ray Technician, retiring from Mount Nittany Medical Center.
Sandy enjoyed crafting, loving on her dogs and sitting on her porch.
Most of all, though, she loved spending time with her family.
Surviving are her daughter, Stacie Laird (Billy Greenland, Jr.) of Tyrone; sister, Mary Jo Leitzell of Lock Haven; three grandchildren: Tiffany (Glenn, Jr.) Eckley, Derrick Young (Eliza Hall) and Tabitha Johnson; and five great grandchildren: Paisley Eckley, Asher Young, Sage Young, Madalyn Johnson and Waylon Johnson.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Vincent J. and Harry Sementilli.
Services will be held at the convenience of her family.
