Sandra Loftin Obituary
Sandy was born October 24, 1950 in Osage, Iowa to parents, Robert and Evelyn (Trout) Schnepper. She was the oldest of three children. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith at St Peter's Lutheran Church in Riceville, Iowa. Sandy grew up on the family farm south of Riceville with her siblings Merry and Randy. Her education began in a rural country school and continued to the Riceville schools in town.
Sandy was married but later divorced and to this union three children were born: Michael, Dawn and Kenneth.
Sandy was a friendly soul that could strike up a conversation with anyone and everyone. For fun she loved reading books, cooking and sharing recipes, playing cards and solving word puzzles.
She is survived by her sons Michael Lifka and Kenneth Lifka, both of Osage, Iowa; daughter Dawn (Jim) Adams of Little Cedar, Iowa; grandchildren: Conner Lifka, Chase (Katie) Pals, Mackenzie (Todd Keune) Adams, Tara (Zeb) Guinn, Alexis (Mitch) Gleason and Tristan Clapp; great-grandchildren: Nora, Elijah, Tyree Jr, Bellamy, Rowan, EilaRose, Evelyn and Everett; brother Randy (Barb) Schnepper of Riceville, Iowa; a niece Erin (Cyle) Stelljes and a nephew Richard Schnepper.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Merry (Steve) Eckmann, nephew Brandon Eckmann and a great-grandchild, Eden.
