Sandra Lucas Obituary
Sandie Kay Lucas, 71, of Rising Sun, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2025. She was born on April 1, 1954, and lived a life filled with love, kindness, and devotion to her family.
Sandie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Don Lucas, and her cherished son, Branden Lucas. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Lucas, Edward Lucas, and Sarah Hibbard, who will forever carry her love and strength in their hearts.
Sandie was known for her caring nature and gentle spirit. She had a deep love for animals and found great joy in traveling and experiencing the world around her. Her warmth touched everyone she met, and her compassion extended far beyond her family to friends, neighbors, and all who were lucky enough to know her.
A devoted mother and loving friend, Sandie’s life was a testament to kindness, resilience, and unconditional love. Her memory will live on through the lives she touched and the love she gave so freely.
Services will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Radel Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to attend and honor her memory.
