Sandra Merritt Obituary

Sandy was a retired administrative assistant with Lockheed Martin for nearly 35 years in total. She is remembered as a positive, fun-loving soul who was always willing to help others in any way possible.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Wayne Merritt.
Sandy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jathan Payne (Kristina); granddaughter, Ansley Taylor Wright; three great-grandchildren Christian, Everleigh, and Paislee; sister, Cynthia Mauldin; as well as other beloved relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October6, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Sosebee Funeral Home. Graveside services will be privately held.
