Sandra Midlam Obituary
She became a trained CNA and worked at the nursing home in Louisiana, MO, and was a homemaker.
Sandra was an avid reader, loved animals, loved to paint- animals and landscapes were her favorite, she was a big crafter, loved a good yard sale, thoroughly enjoyed a day at the beach, and loved to cook- whether it was good or not- "ricochet biscuits" and yeast rolls being her specialty. She was a loving mother who worked hard to keep her family together.
She is survived by; daughter, Lorena Monroe; grandchildren, Jason Trower, Carmen Smith, Nathan Blackorby, Jasmine Monroe, and Ben (Abigail) Monroe; great grandchildren, Isabelle (Austin) Rosas, Victor Tavares, and Baillie Blackorby; great-great granddaughter, Juniper Rosas; brothers, Loyd (Janet) Howdeshell, and Mike (Vickie) Edwards; sister, Darlene Midlam; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents, Lewis and Arloween Howdeshell; daughter, Paula Stokes; and sister, Anna Faye Aten.
There are no services scheduled. Memorials are suggested to Blessing Hospice, Quincy, IL. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com. Niebur Funeral Chapel in Barry, IL is handling arrangements.
