Sandra Milner, 80, went to be with the Lord and her sons on March 15, 2026. Sandy was born in Dayton, Ohio to Juanita and Woodrow Henderson, and moved to Louisville in 1967. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons Brian Carter Hall and Steven Anthony Hall, and her sister Sharon Luckett. She is survived by her husband Dennis Milner, daughters by marriage Anne Milner Rust (Aaron) and Kristin Milner Evans (Bob), nephews James and Albert Sinks (Maria), niece Darcy Randolph, great nephew Maxwell Randolph, three grandchildren, and other family and friends. She was a member of Southeast Christian Church for 45 years, and that is where she met her husband. She volunteered in the nursery there for over 20 years. They enjoyed playing tennis, volleyball, Bridge, and Euchre with their many dear friends. She was privileged to work with the Lost Boys (and girls) of Sudan and was one of the founding members of the Sudanese Refugee Education Fund, serving on the Board for over ten years. Sandy also worked as an advocate for senior victims of crime, and in retirement she and Dennis were foster parents for teenagers for six years. Visitation is Thursday, March 19 from 3-6 pm at Pearson's; Service is Friday, March 20 at 11 am at Southeast Christian Church at the Chapel in the Woods. Memorial donations can be made to The Healing Place.
