So sorry to find this ,have tried to call, she was a very nice person I wished I had gotten to know her sooner we had some good talks that helped me

I had the pleasure of being the person Sandie reported to as a volunteer at the Lenawee District Library. I was with her all of those 25 years she was with the library. I got to know her not only as a great worker but as a friend. I learned she dearly loved her family and there was nothing her kids would not do for her. Driving was a passion and I only wish my kids had a grandma that could have taught them to drive. And of course reading was another passion. We both liked a good mystery story. She touched my life here in so many ways her memory will always live on in my heart.

As an employee of the Lenawee District Library, I got to know Sandie fairly well. She was always quick to ask how I was doing, how my writing was going, and remind me not to work too hard. Her infectious smile and kind soul will be missed greatly.
