Sandra Ellen Parker, a beloved wife, mother and friend, passed away on March 28, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of good times with great friends and loving family. Born in Neenah, WI, on August 14, 1964, Sandra was a source of joy and genuine kindness to all who knew her.
Sandra graduated from St. Mary's Catholic High School in Menasha before earning her beautician license at Gill-Tech Academy of Hair Design. She dedicated 18 years of her life working in member services at Capital Credit Union, where her kindness, sincerity, and humor touched the hearts of colleagues and clients alike. She found joy in helping others and her commitment to serving will always be remembered. One of Sandra's proudest accomplishments was marrying her husband Tim Parker and raising their children Casey and Camille Parker.
Sandra had a deep appreciation for nature, birds and gardening in particular. She shared this love with those closest to her. She also loved her pets very much. Over the years there were always animals in the house including several birds and dogs. While she was sick and dealing with cancer, she always asked to have the dogs, Stella and Scout, snuggled up on top of her.

She will be dearly missed by her husband Tim Parker; loving children Casey Parker and Camille Parker; siblings Maggie Ulrich, Karen Hovey, Cindy (Richard) Luft; Thomas (Wendy) Ulrich; Diane (Bruce) Burmeister; Dan (Patti) Parker; nieces and nephews Alex Ulrich, Carter Ulrich, Nicole (Adam) Olson, Brandon Luft, Josh Burmeister, Kari Burmeister, Jake Burmeister, Kate Burmeister, Tia (Jason) Tapio, Ryun (Amy) Ulrich, Ashley (Rob) Stevens, Justin Parker and Kayla (Brandon) Ogden.
