Of Irvington. Preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Gladeth "Mary" Peterson; and brother, Kevin Peterson.
Survived by many aunts, cousins, other loving family and special friends.
VISITATION: Monday, 5 to 7 p.m., at the mortuary. FUNERAL SERVICE: Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 1 p.m., at Roeder Mortuary, 2727 N. 108th Street, Omaha, NE. BURIAL to follow, at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Omaha, NE.

Miss you sweet Sandy! I will continue to keep you in my prayers and I can't look at a PBR, the garden at GS, hear Johnny Cash, or watch TN football without thinking of you. Rest in peace my friend!

It was a pleasure caring for you for 2 years 4 months. I already miss our long talks about Bud and your stories of growing up. You lived life to the fullest and was always very positive. We always managed to find the bright side of all our woes, together. You talked football and I just listened because I don´t know much about it. We did shed some tears together but you hung onto your strong Faith. You are at peace now, with Bud forever, drinking a PBR and loving life in Heaven, I have no doubt. I loved how every day the first thing you asked was how my day was, no matter how good or bad yours may have been. I´m so glad we talked on Monday morning before I left shift. We cried. We laughed. We prayed. You are greatly missed already. Life there will never be the same without you. And I´m still so jealous of your beautiful skin! I´m glad we said our I love you´s when we did. I would´ve hated missing that. Love always and forever, Krista
