Sandra Kay Ralston

Sandra Kay Ralston, 79, of Isle of Palms, SC passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at The Springs of Lafayette.

She was born on August 14, 1946, in Oklahoma City, OK, to the late Robert and Barbara (Webb) Ralston.

Sandra married Chris Kendig and was married for about 30 years.

Sandra worked as a Water Engineering Consultant for Malcolm Pirni/Arcadis. She was the President of Weftec Worldwide Water Organization which sent her traveling all over the country talking about water related issues, wastewater management, resource planning, and infrastructure.

Sandra enjoyed being with her family and traveling with them.

She loved to be active. She enjoyed skiing, jogging, biking, playing tennis, and walking her dogs on the beach.

Sandra was an avid reader and loved all music styles. She was also a gourmet cook and loved entertaining family and friends.

Sandra lived in South Carolina for 22 years.

Surviving is her Sister, Sherry (Steve) Reash, Nieces and Nephews, Nicole Simpkins (Templeton), Amanda Knoy (Brad), Tyler Reash (Amy Zandy), Brad Kendig, and Kyle Kendig, Great Nieces and Nephews, Taylor Simpkins, Patrick Simpkins, Sawyer Knoy, Eisley Knoy, and Paxtyn Knoy.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
