Sandra Rice Obituary
Sandra was born on February 16, 1939 in Athens, Ohio and passed away on June 24, 2025 in West Monroe, surrounded by family. Sandra enjoyed many things in life. She was a master gardener, enjoyed canning, fishing and hunting, traveling, playing cards and sports. She retired from Hoover Chemical of Whitmore Lake Michigan after many years of loyal service. Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lee Rice, Sr.; grandson, James Lee Rice; parents, Red and Rosie Caldwell; sisters, Alverata Caldwell and Marqueta Caldwell.
Sandra is survived by her sons, Jerry Rice, Jr. and wife Carroll Beaty Rice of Garland, Texas, Brian Rice and wife Barb Kuzniar Rice of Ann Arbor, Michigan; daughter, Jennifer Rice Bendily and husband Glenn of West Monroe; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; along with other cherished family and friends.
