Sandra Lee "Sandy" Sager

Sandra Lee Sager, affectionately known as Sandy to her friends and Spanky to her kids, Eric and Kelli, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2026.

The most important people in Sandy's world were her six beautiful grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who she adored beyond measure. Time spent with family was her greatest joy, and her love for them was constant, fierce, and unmistakable.

When she wasn't found surrounded by loved ones she could be found laughing with her two sisters Nancy Jo (JoJo) and LouAnn (Lou Lou.) Sandy could often be found listening to her favorite 50's and 60's music, watching reruns of NCIS and MASH, or creating countless needlepoint treasures for family and friends- each stitch made with care and love.

Sandy lived a full and generous life. She was always willing to help anyone in need and spent a lifetime caring for others both professionally and personally. She firmly believed that it was perfectly okay and even wonderful to be different, a lesson she quietly taught through both words and example.

She will be remembered for her contagious laughter, her unwavering devotion as a lifelong caregiver, and her steadfast insistence that black-and-white tv shows were absolutely good enough.

Sandy's warmth, kindness, and humor will live on in the many lives she touched and in the memories lovingly carried by her friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Lou, father, Walter, beloved brother, Billy and lifelong friend, Tom.
