Sandra Shahan Obituary
She was born on February 2nd, 1949 to the late Mary Jane and Herman Charles Long.
She enjoyed flower gardening, reading, and watching the neighbor's farm animals. She retired from Mercy Hospital as a housekeeper after 28 years of service. She was also the treasurer of Bethel Baptist Church.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 56 years, Chuck Shahan and grandchildren; Michael Shahan, Shyann (Shahan) Smith, and Dustin Smith; numerous family members, Amy Barker, Stephanie Barker, Larry Bianchi, Tom Shahan, Pam Shahan, Mark Ayers, Jack Ayers, Phyllis Ferguson, Terry Zerby, and Rita Cice; pets, Ripley the Bull Dog, cats: Boots, George and Blackie. She loved her pets very much. Calling hours will take place at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and a funeral at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023.

Richard & I had the most Joyous times with Sandy and Chuck, we met them when we were invited to come visit Pastor Henry Dettweiler whom we met at Menards, buying products for making crosses and we were Surprised to see him unashamedly wearing a hard hat working for Our Lord and Savior, we stopped to talk with him, he invited us to come visit his Church. in which Richard and I became Singers for about 7 yrs. Sandy and Chuck are just a few in which we Loved very dearly. we had parties and great get togethers. we will always have. great memories of her! Rest in the arms of Jesus! till we met you again. always will remember her. we cooked and made easter candy along with others in which we enjoyed!
