Sandra Kay Steele

Sandra Kay Steele, 76, of Fairview, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Select Specialty Hospital. Sandy was born on August 18, 1946 in Powhatan Point, Ohio to the late Clarence L. and Marcella V. (McVay) Wells.
Sandy was a proud Mom, Grandma, and Sister. She loved being outside and watching her flowers come up in the spring.
In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Robert Dale Steele on August 4, 2016; a son, Marvin Dale Steele on January 15, 2011; brothers, Raleigh Wells, Gary Wells, Duane Wells, Mark Wells, Dennis Wells.
Sandy is survived by her son, James Robert (Tina) Steele of Fairview; daughter, Carla Jo Steele of Hilliard; grandchildren, Andy Juzwiak, Jason (Margie) Juzwiak, and Amanda (Cody) Steele; great-grandchildren, Ty Goodman, Dakota Goodman, and Harper Fornal; and her loving little buddy and companion, Archie; brothers, Francis K. (Phyliss) Wells, and William Wells; sisters, Patsy (Benny) Ankrom, Marsha (Kim) Ankrom, and Julie (Danny) Peters; sisters-in-law, Diane Wells, Becky Steele, and Carol Wells; close friend/family, Tom Bunfill, Clifford Benson, and Holly Olsen; special niece, Lindsey Brown; special nephew, Richard Wells; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 16, 2023 from 11:00am until the time of the service at 1:00pm with Reverend Tom Detling officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Fairview Fire Department.
