Sandie was a high school friend of my husband, Bob. Little did they know that their lives would unite again later in life through the marriage of our children and the birth of our beautiful granddaughter, Samantha. We shared good memories and, unfortunately, sadness along with Sandie. As I pray for Jim and all of us who are hurting, I will try to focus on her beautiful smile, the good memories and find peace that she is in God's care now. Rest in peace, Sandie, till we meet again....
