Mrs. Waldo was a 1956 graduate of Orleans High School. Following graduation, she attended Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Piano and Organ Performance. She was very active in the community life of Bartlesville, as a member of the Service League and as a Hospice Volunteer. She was also an active member of Chapter CH PEO.
