Sandra Wallace Obituary

Published by Legacy on Jan. 29, 2026.
Sandra Jane Warner Wallace passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on December 28, 2025, and is now joyfully reunited in Heaven with the love of her life, her beloved husband, Ted Wallace.

Sandra was born on April 12, 1941, to George Lester and Elma Warner in Belma, Washington, just ten minutes after her cherished twin sister, Shirley. From the very beginning, the bond between Sandra and Shirley was extraordinary and remained unbreakable throughout their lives.

Sandra lived a life grounded in faith, kindness, and a genuine love for others and animals. She was a devoted and passionate member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and deeply valued her church community. She held a special appreciation for Gerald Byers, Jim Penning, Bill and Beth Wright, whose friendships meant so much to her.

Sandra loved water skiing, planting flowers, and treasured countless memories fishing alongside her twin sister. Together, Sandra and Shirley shared a special place in their community, having been crowned Miss Grandview in 1959 and proudly riding on parade floats many times. She also held a deep love for the Oregon Coast and cherished trips to Mount Adams.

Sandra is survived by her sons, Quentin Wallace of (Moxee) and Raymond (Brandy) Wallace of (Moxee); her grandchildren, Clave Hiebert, Sharon (Ryan) Getsinger, and Ryan Wallace; two great-granddaughters, Hollee Getsinger and Brooklynn Hiebert; and two great-grandsons, Ryker Getsinger and Caleb Hiebert. She is also survived by her cherished twin sister, Shirley Brown; Beverly Riddle; sister-in-laws, Carol Warner, Doris Unruth and Shirley Peck; along with numerous nieces and nephews who will forever remember her warmth, grace, and unwavering love.

Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ted Wallace; her brother, Ronnie Warner; her brothers-in-law, Boyd Brown, Doyle Riddle, and Tom Wallace; her nephews, Daryl Brown and Ty Wallace; and her parents, George Lester and Elma Warner.

Sandra will be remembered for her elegant spirit, her deep faith, and her love. Although she will be profoundly missed, her family finds peace knowing she is happily in Heaven with her beloved Ted.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in Terrace Heights at 12:00pm.

Viewing will begin at 11:00am. Graveside service will follow.
