It is with heavy hearts that we are announcing the passing of our beloved mother, Sandra ("Sandy") Gae Kramer Webster on February 8, 2026.
She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 24, 1940 to Edward and Norma Kramer. She leaves behind her daughter Tracy Ann Kuhn Smith; son-in-law Jeffrey Smith; son James (Jay) Joseph Kuhn; daughter-in-law Asha Kuhn; daughter Kelly Renee Webster Robey and son-in-law William (Rick) Robey. She adored her grandchildren Kyle Smith, Briauna Robey, and Sonya Timchenko and also leaves her sisters Beverly Cowell, Judith Phegley; brother-in-law Michael Phegley and many nieces and nephews.
Sandy loved playing in her high school drum corps and participating in 4-H Club. She was an accomplished artist who could work with her right and left hands. She was an independent self-employed woman who owned her own business for 25 years. She loved spending time with her family and visiting with friends. She was an extreme cat lover and loved gardening.
