Parker-Price & Davidson Cremations, Funerals, ReceptionsSandra Lou (Cloud) Williams, 77, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2026.
She was born August 30, 1948, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Floyd F. and Mary Lucille (Foster) Cloud.
Sandra was employed by North Topeka YMCA Day Care.
She enjoyed watching Dr. Charles Stanley Ministries on TV every Sunday.
Sandra married Larry D. Williams. They later divorced. Survivors include her daughter, Sherry (Williams) Bretsnyder, and her husband, Jeff of Topeka; her sister, Dara G. (Cloud) Harrison; her brother, Floyd F. Cloud; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Norman L. McCollum, Francis D. McCollum and Rodger D. McCollum.
Sandra loved horses and children. She enjoyed working outside. She also enjoyed her pets, music and dancing.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Parker Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka, where a celebration of life will begin at 2:00 p.m. Private inurnment will be at Prairie Home Cemetery, Topeka.
Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st St, Topeka, KS 66604.
