Sandy Bolender

Sandra Lee "Sandy" Bolender, age 70 of Hamersville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a retired store manager for IGA in Bethel, Ohio. Sandy loved her family with all her heart and loved being a grandma. She was born June 11, 1954 in Mariemont, Ohio the daughter of the late Wendell and Joyce (Feldman) Mullins. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband – Larry D. Bolender in 1995, father and mother-in-law – Dennis and Carolyn Bolender and one brother – Michael Mullins.
Mrs. Bolender is survived by three sons – David Bolender, Larry Bolender and wife Bethany and Ryan Bolender all of Hamersville, Ohio; four grandchildren – Adelyn, Ella, Connor and Taylor Bolender; one sister – Patty Brownfield and husband Kenneth of DeMossville, Kentucky; one brother - Windy Mullins and wife Judi of Cincinnati, Ohio; four brothers and sisters-in-law – Linda Mullins of Hamersville, Ohio, Barry Bolender and wife Patricia of Mt.Orab, Ohio, Linda Pride and husband Danny of Hamersville, Ohio and Mark Bolender and wife Rachel of Bethel, Ohio; one aunt – Rosemary Hummel and husband Sam of Lebanon, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 3, 2025 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Mike Starkey will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Bethel Tate Cemetery in Bethel, Ohio.
