Sandy Raley Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Nov. 21, 2025.
Sandy Lee Raley, born on July 12, 1941, passed away at the age of 84 on November 11, 2025, in Vancouver, Washington. Sandy graduated from Hudson's Bay High School in 1959 and spent her life nurturing a family and contributing passionately to her community.

Sandy was a beacon of love and care, cherished as a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Known for her lively personality and caring spirit, she touched the lives of all who knew her. Sandy held a deep affection for animals, which was evident in her support for various animal welfare initiatives.

She was a vibrant member of the Vancouver Llama Association, Dollar's Corner Moose Lodge, and the Vancouver Tennis Club, where she shared her enthusiasm and spirited nature with fellow members.

Sandy is survived by her daughter, Kelli Brown, son-in-law, Keith Brown, siblings Connie Davis and Tim Mackin, and her beloved grandchildren, Tyler, Carter, Chelsea, Kylie, and Keaton, along with great-grandchildren Dante, Henry, and Sadie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Raley, and sons, Kevin and Troy Hart.

A memorial service will be held in her honor at Evergreen Memorial Gardens chapel on December 12th at 12:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Clark County Humane Society, reflecting her lifelong compassion for animals. Sandy's legacy of love, care, and community involvement will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

We were always happy to see Larry & Sandy, especially when we got to travel together. Remembering what a good sport Sandy was when we enjoyed delicious lobster dinners together only to have her fighting a terrible rash from the lobster, the next day. Sandy smile & a good attitude always made times together fun.
