I met Chico Serna in 1970 as a new officer at the Pontiac police department. We were all road patrol officer in those days. When he became a detective I think he found his calling on life. Dedicated he became one of the most thorough police officers you ever met. Always a friendly smile for those he met at work or elsewhere. "Detective Santiago Serna" the best of the best. Rest in peace Chico. All our love, Jim & Linda Ferrens
