Moultrie, Georgia – Sara Geraldine Gray, 81, of Moultrie, Georgia, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel, with the Reverend Brandon Jordan and the Reverend Bobby Whittaker officiating. Interment will be at Rocky Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:45 PM, Tuesday, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
Casketbearers will be BJ Gray, Andy Pfledderer, Kent Pfledderer, Matt Henderson, Gavin Henderson, Justin Odom, Brian Bass and Ray Lawton.
Born December 29, 1943, in Norman Park, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Roy McCall and the late Sara Garner McCall.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Kenneth Gray; son, Bubba Gray; daughter, Leslie Gray Henderson; grandson, Tony Gray; and seven siblings.
A Licensed Practical Nurse for many years, she was a devout Christian who loved the Lord, and was a dedicated and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great and great-great-grandmother, sister and friend.
Survivors include her daughters, Marcia Gray and Sherri Sherman and husband, Beau; grandchildren, BJ Gray and wife, Christie, Andy Pfledderer and wife, Rachael, Kent Pfledderer and wife, Laura, Krystal Youngblood and husband, Austin, Brooke Walton and husband, Brian, Jake Sherman, Chelsie Lawton and husband, Ray, Paige Odom and husband, Justin and Matt Henderson; fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
