STOW - Sara B. Mosey, (Sas), 98, passed away peacefully December 1, 2024, on her late husband's birthday.
She was born December 17, 1925, to the late Hazel and George Raubaugh in Cumberland, MD, and was one of thirteen children.
Sara married James (Jim) Mosey on July 3, 1948, in Akron, OH, and together they raised five children in Stow, OH. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and the best grandma and Gigi ever. Sas enjoyed painting, bowling, traveling, and gardening.
Preceded in death by her husband, Jim, and daughter, Patty Mosey, she is survived by her children, Linda Hudson, James (Kim), Robert (Bob), and Dave (Becky) Mosey; grandchildren, Chris Mosey, Sara Hudson, Megan (Dan) Prinzo, Nathan Hudson, and Jennifer (Dave) Letera; great-grandchildren, Grady and Nora Letera, Landon and Presley Prinzo, and Lilly and Hudson Emsoff.
Services will be held Friday, December 6, 2024, at 1 PM, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow 44224, where friends may call from 11 AM, until time of service.
