Sara Victoria Parton, age 52, of Hiawassee, Georgia passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022. Sara was born July 20, 1970 to the late Jesse Collins and Beverly (Cook) Kimsey in Gainesville, Georgia. Sara was a good mother to her boys and a loving daughter and sister. She graduated from Gainesville College with a degree in accounting and held several jobs in the accounting field. At the time of her passing she was employed at Hog Wild Bar-B-Que restaurant. She is preceded in death by her father Jesse Collins. She is survived in death by her mother, Beverly Kimsey; two sons, William Travis and Drew Stack; brother, Jess Collins; sister, Felicity Moon; granddaughter, Elizabeth Ryals; two nephews and one niece. Pallbearers: Jarod Shook, Kevin Warren, Dillon Shook, Jake Parker, Will Travis, Gave McConnell Visitation: Monday, December 12, 2022 1:00-2:00pm at Banister-Cooper Funeral Home. Funeral Service: Monday, December 12, 2022 at 2:00pm at Banister-Cooper Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Merck officiating. Interment will follow at Osborn cemetery.
