Sarah Annette Allen, age 82, of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away on March 3, 2024. Annette was born to the late Walker and Iris Potts on April 6, 1941 in Lyles, Tennessee.
Annette enjoyed bowling and playing basketball. She also enjoyed traveling. Annette absolutely adored her dog, Sassy.
While relaxing, Annette enjoyed sipping on an RC and having a Rice Krispy Treat. In her free time, Annette also enjoyed painting.
She was known as “Meme” to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Annette is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Brittany Wold.
Annette is survived by her husband, Robert Lee Allen, Sr.; her children, Elaine Brown (Steve) and Bobby Allen (Shannon); her grandchildren, Carie Martin (Colt), Bo Allen (Kelsey), and Alysa Wold; and her great grandchildren, Eli Campell, Eleanor Campbell, Lennon Allen, Matilda Campbell, Oaklyn Martin, Lawson Allen, and Lorna Allen.
Visitation for Annette will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home (353 E. Main St., Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075). Funeral services for Annette will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home (353 E. Main St., Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075) with an hour of visitation prior to the service. Burial will immediately follow the service at Hendersonville Memory Gardens (353 E. Main St., Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075).
