Surviving Sarah are her children: Joseph of Bethlehem, James and his wife Brenda of Emmaus, Michael and his wife Kelly Ann of Northampton, and Cynthia wife of Stephen Hummel of Northampton. Additionally, she is survived by her eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and siblings James Makin of Plum Borough, PA, and Marilyn wife of John Zavada of Plum Borough, PA.
A Graveside service will be celebrated on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 1:00pm in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, 1700 Airport Road, Allentown, Pa 18109. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Sarah's memory to the Midway Manor Community Association, care of the O'Donnell Funeral Home, 908 Hanover Avenue Allentown, Pa 18109.
