Sarah Johanneman Obituary
Louisville - Sarah D. Johanneman (Oldham), 74, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 12, 2018 with her loved ones at her side.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Grant Oldham and her beloved husband Bill Johanneman.
Sarah graduated from Spencerian College and was retired from JCPS as a teaching assistant. She was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Painter (Keith) and Wendy Jeffries (Tom) and her five grandchildren; Cody and Austin Painter and Jared, Jacob and Jillian Jeffries.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at advantage Funeral Home Hardy Chapel from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM; Funeral will be Thursday at 10 AM at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. Entombment at Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mass of the Air or St. Peter building fund.

Sarah,
I met you and your lovely family back in August of 1991 (I think) at 10 years old when we moved to Louisville. You (and all the neighbors) welcomed us with opened arms as moved in our new home right next door to yours. I remember always going outside and you'd be talking to mom alongside the fence or sitting on your front porch. You had the sweetest smile and kindest soul. My heart goes out to both Wendy and Jennifer. Losing parents is hard no matter how old you are. You will be so incredibly missed. My heart sank when I saw this today. I hope you are at piece and all of your loved ones were waiting for you. I already told mom to help "show you around." :) I know you'll always be with us as one of the prettiest Angels looking down. Thank you for always loving us as your own family and for being there. I loved you more than you'll ever know.
