Saroeuth Voeun Obituary
Sarouth Melinda Voeun, 55, of Rochester, MN, passed away on February 20, 2026. She was born on April 7, 1970, in Battambang, Cambodia and moved to the United States in 1985. After attending community college in New York, she met Pov Chhoeun in Boston in 1992. The couple moved to Rochester in 2004, where they raised their family together.
Sarouth loved fishing with Pov, watching cooking shows, and, most importantly, spending time with her family, especially her ten grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Pov Chhoeun; her children, Vannida and Steven Voeun; her 10 grandchildren; her sisters Mary and Savon Voeun; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Voeun and Mol Vith.
Funeral services will be held at 4PM on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home, 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN 55901.
